Printing 2 pages per sheet of paper
I am using Publisher 2002. In my document I have pages
that are a half page size. I want to print 2 pages per sheet of paper, right now when I try to print it I get two copies per sheet of each page. I thought about printing it as a booklet, but that will only work if I'm actually folding it into a booklet and I don't want to do that. If you have any suggestions that would be great. Thanks. |

Printing 2 pages per sheet of paper
I am not sure what you are saying... You want two identical publications on the same
sheet of paper, 5.5 X 8.5? Or do you want two different publications on the same sheet of paper? If the publication is two of the same then setup your page as 5.5 x 8.5, landscaped. This will give you two copies per sheet. If each side is different, then use the arrange menu to divide the page in half. Be cognizant of your printer margin limitations in either option. -- Mary Sauer MS MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://www.mvps.org/msauer/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "Delaine" wrote in message ...
