Default Macro Button & Change Name of Macro

How do I change the name of a macro and how do I insert a button for the
macro on the toolbar?

All of your help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Debbie

Debbie,

To change the name of the macro, go into the VBE (Alt-F11), locate the
module and the macro, then edit the name of the macro.

To assign it to a toolbar button, right click on the toolbar, choose
"Customize", click on the "Commands" tab, select "Macros" under
category, then click and drag the smiley face to the desired place on
a toolbar. Then right click on the smiley and choose "Assign Macro"
and find your newly renamed macro.
