my prof cant open my word doc. the ext is docx ? word 2007
i emailed an assignmemt to school. the prof sent back saying that she could
not open the doc. i noticed that the file extension was docx. that is the first document i emailed since i installed word 2007. what is the problem?

The problem is that you have sent an attachment in a format that your
teacher has no means of opening.
