Default unable to close pst folder

I have tried to close a pst folder but then gott an error rmesssage that
'folder not found'. I checked the pst file at 'My Computer' and it was there.

I tried to uninstall & install the Outlook 2002, hoping it to be like a
fresh install, but then all my e-mail accounts settings were still there and
still not able to close the pst folder.

Appreciate any advices. Thanks!

Sounds like your profile is corrupt. For me this free tool fixed the
problem:
