How Can I Permanently Disable Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Filtering?

Hi...

I'm using POP3 accounts only and a third-party anti-spam tool. I have
AUTOMATIC FILTERING turned off, and I have no blocked / approved senders set
up...just 99% of my e-mail goes right to the JUNK MAIL folder. I just want
to disable this Outlook junk mail feature, if at all possible. I don't need
it, and it's a hassle to have to keep going to that folder. I'm taking
care of e-mail BEFORE it hits the client.

Any suggestions on how to permanently disable Outlook 2003's junk mail
filtering would be more than greatly appreciated!

ToolsOptions
Preferences (tab)
Junk E-mail ... (button)
Options (tab)
Permanently disable ......... (bottom checkbox)

Strongly advise against doing it though .......
