Default Filtering on more than one field

I need help filtering more than one field on my form.

Table Names and Info:
Data (has all the patient info. including type of device and country)
Countries (list all 81 countries in database)
Study (list all 10 devices)

My form is called: DataFM I want to be able to filter all of the records in
the data table by the type of device (there are 10 devices:
A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J) then I want to be able to filter by Country (there are
81 Countries, no duplicates).

Any suggestions as to how I can do this?

Use a query to feed your form and have criteria for Device and Country.
