Default scroll to click on the tab page in the subform/subreport

dear
I am new in access, i am having a minor problem, i dont know if i can
discribe it well,

i have created a subform with many pages and in each page a form is
added.
once i click on the 3 sheet to make the data entry, and i want to
press on the 4th, i cannot the tab listing, i have to scroll page up
in order to see it and there is two pane showing.
Home you understood what is happening with me.
How can i see all the tabs whenever i am working in the form.
