Default My database became read only, why?

I opened my file in Access and a popup box appeared and said something about
security ( Ithink about the macro's or something) I usually hit no and
another box pops up about the same security issue and I hit yes. So this time
when I opened by database I just hit yes on the first screen and now it makes
my files read-only. AHHH, I am trying to create a database for school and
it's due this week so I have to know how to get this computer to work. Please
help. Thanks.
