How do I remove a header from first page, or how do I start my headers on 2nd

In Word 2003 and earlier, go to File Page Setup Layout and check
the box for "Different first page".

In Word 2007, right-click the header area and click Edit Header. The
Header & Footer Tools ribbon appears. Check the box on the ribbon for
"Different first page".

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...rontMatter.htm (for 2003
and prior) or http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...atter_2007.htm
for details on how to have different Headers and Footers, etc. in one
document.

Hope this helps
