Default Contact Picture

I have all my outlook contacts in various categories. Each contact has a
specific contact picture assigned to it which is related to their categories
(e.g. a doctor may have a picture of an ambulance assigned to them). This
makes it easy to read for me as I view my contacts as business cards.

I have several hundred additional contacts to import, all of which require
the same picture assigning to them. Can I automate this or do I have to
assign each one individually?

You may be able to write custom code to add the pictures. The import process
cannot.
