Default add access form to outlook toolbar

I would like to add a link in Outlook to an Access form I created. I need to
be able to create reports on leads I receive in Outlook, so a simple database
seemed like the best approach. I would like to be able to receive a lead in
Outlook email and click on the link (perhaps in a toolbar) for the form so I
can fill in my information. Any help would be appreciated.
