Web Collections in clipart not working anymore! Why?

HI there folks. I'm trying to figure out why when I go into clipart
and do a search nothing from the internet comes up anymore. I am
definitely connected and all the checkmarks under "web collections" in
the search in choice are checked but it doesn't seem to search them.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

There is an ongoing problem with the Office web site. One hopes it will be fixed
soon.
Might delete your Office cookie to reset the ActiveX control.
