Default Contacts on a new PC

I am using Outlook 2003. I just issued a user a new desktop that replaced a
laptop the he was using. The problem is when he opens a new mail message and
selects the To.. tab and goes to the Contacts list the names are sorted by
First, Last. His old PC would sort by Company, Last, First. How do I change
the settings on the new PC.
