When I reply to or forward an e-mail I receive, all the forwarded text from
the original e-mail is changed to bold and underlined. Using
Tools-Options-Mail Format-Fonts makes no difference. How can I get Outlook
to leave the fonts of the included text as they were?

Which version of Outlook are you using?
In case of Outlook 2003 or previous;
-are you using Word or Outlook as your email editor?
-does changing it solve your issue?
