Did you try removing the Outlook Address Book service, restarting Outlook,
then adding it back to the profile? -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "pacazo" wrote in message ... This problem is with OL2002. When the user clicks the Contacts folder in the folder list her contacts appear. When she creates a new e-mail and clicks send and then contacts the list is blank. I have followed the steps at: http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=ol2002 and everything checks out OK. If I delete her Outlook profile and recreate it the problem still exists. If I put her profile on another computer it works fine. So the long and short of it is that the problem is some switch or glitch in the local install of Outlook. I am unable to find the switch however. Any suggestions? |
