Default Working with styles with word XP

Hi.

We have some users that are using styles with MS.
Word. When they erase
something, the previous lane change its style, and if they
apply again the
style loosed, sometimes Word create a new different style

Is there anybody having the same problem or something
similar ??

Thanks.

It's not a problem. That's the way Word works. Here's how to think of it.

Turn on the Paragraph marks (the little backwards P on the toolbar).
This lets you see Paragraph ends. Word stores all formatting (and other
property information, including ) about pargraphs in that symbol. (not
really, but that's how to think of it). When you delete that symbol,
the following next paragraph is merged upwards into the previous
paragraph. The new bigger paragraph takes on all properties as defined
in the bottom paragraph's paragraph symbol.

I always advise people to turn on those Paragraph symbols to best
understand what is going on. Many people resit this advice, but unless
they do they remain lost and confused, especially without a tiny bit of
reading or training in Word. Their choice.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Hi Soporte,

What's the Word version on your side? Would you please attach a problematic
document so that I can have a clearer picture of the issue?

Some more information:
