Visio Internal Error: 2116
Trying to open a Visio document that was created with Visio 5.0A in Visio
2000 and I receive Visio Internal Error: 2116 Action 1283: Open File. First try closing and reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio. I have closed the file and Visio several times. Rebstarted the PC and tried again and I still receive the error message. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Sherry
