Default OL2K: Copy Received E-Mail Names To New Contacts Folder

In OL2k, I receive an e-mail with a large number of names
(with correct e-mail addresses) in the Cc: field. How do I
copy all of the Cc: names / addresses to a newly created
ContactsX folder?
Thanks!
