Outlook address labels
I feel stupid asking this one, 'cause the whole purpose of Outlook is to keep
track and manage addresses, etc. The answer has to be obvious, but here goes. Christmas came, and I have all my family, friends, and business associates in Outlook. I wanted to print address labels for everyone I know, but I cannot find the formatting available for it. Surely there is a way to do this without some complicated export to Access, Excel or Word. I looked for a template on the Microsoft site, but again no luck. I have to be looking right at it without seeing it. I ended up handwriting all 110 labels for each card! Ugh! Maybe I am just getting old and technology is passing me by! signed, mid 30's - feeling 70. |

Outlook address labels
No export is needed. Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions
such as mailing labels. For an overview of these functions take a look he http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/printlabel.htm http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/mailmerge.htm http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...186361033.aspx -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "John_Kirk" wrote in message ...
