Rules -- Can you use Boulean Logic
I am a new user to outlook and am having a great trouble in getting my rules
to apply the way I want just using the Microsoft check-boxes. Is there any way I can use boulean logic: If I get a an email from ((Sun or Microsoft) and it has Boulean in the subject) then change flag to green and mark read. |

Rules -- Can you use Boulean Logic

Is there any way I can use boulean logic: "Or" is the only boolean operator for multiple strings that rules allow. Use the condition "with specific words in the subject" and click "specific". In the "Specify words or phrases..." field, enter "Sun" (without the quotes), click Add. Enter "Microsoft". Click Add. The "Search list" pane will contain '"Sun" or "Microsoft"'. Of course, such a rule will also catch "sunshine" or "Chosun" (the name of a Korean dynasty). -- Brian Tillman |
