Default Contact List - No see!

I am having a problem with my contact lists. Iam on Outlook 2003. Apparently
I have no problem receiving mail and replying to it. However when I initiate
an email, I get back this error message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Test 12
Sent: 1/5/2007 7:55 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

FILE (the senders email address is displayed here) on 1/5/2007 7:55 AM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

I know that the contact list is populated correctly. I tried several times
to remove and add the contact list. My contact list is also set up correctly
as the address book. I don't know where to go from here.

Any help is appreciated.

First, define what you mean by a "contact list". There is no such term in
Outlook.

This seems to be a connection issue or an addressing issue. Enable
diagnostic logging to see what is happening in the communication between
Outlook and the server.
