Outlook layout not matching office 365

HI

i have outlook and also outlook on office 365. I prefer the way its lay out on office 365 as shows all connected emails from a person in continuity on same email rather that spread all over the inbox as in outlook.

Ive opened office 365 using citrix server and selecting send notification but its not sending notifications. Im using google chrome.

Can I set up outlook the same layout as office 365?

Any ideas?
