Default Excel: graduating fees based on account value

I am creating a fee schedule for an account. The fees will decrease as the
account value raises. What formula(s) are best to use to make this work?

Are you planning to charge on a continuous sliding scale, or do you
have steps in your scale? Are you charges going to be x for the first
range of value, then y for the next value range etc?

Please describe your charging model more fully.

Pete
