Default Record Locking Rules

When you choose record locking rules (I happen to be using Access 97 for this
one...), do those rules you just set apply to the database, no matter who
uses it, or to the user, perhaps on this database alone? How does that work?

Default Record Locking Rules

By definition, locking rules control simultaneous operations by multiple
users - *all* users. The rules are recorded in the .mdb file and apply to the
database.
