Default Cascade combo help

Main form: Customer
Subform 1: branch address
Subform 2: Query
Subform 3: Actions

In a previous incarnation of a DB, each of the above subforms were one
inside the other and the following SQL worked perfectly fine.

[forms]![queries form].form![branch form].Form![form_qry].Form![cause
code]!type

Now I have decided to change the form design so that the 3rd subform is
inside the 2nd but they are separate to subform 1 (I hope you are following !)

Changing the form design will require a change in the SQL?

If so, how do I change it?

The moment I post a message I work out what I was doing wrong.

I answered my own question.
