Default adding attachment to question

i'd like to ask a question but thought it'll be easier to explain if i added
the file in question. is this possible?

Attached files are not welcome in these newsgroups and most readers won't
open in any case.

If you cannot describe your problem then upload the file to a file-host,
post the link to that file-host here.

If someone wants to take a look they will download the file to their
computer.
