Default NEW email message window is magnified

For some reason, something in the set up of my outlook has changed. Launching
an email window, the size of the window is magnified extremely large. Don't
know how to fix this.

You didn't mention what version of Outlook you are using, but I'll go out on
a limb and guess that if it is Outlook 2007 that something might have
changed the Zoom setting. Start a new message and then select Format Text
from the ribbon bar. Then select the Zoom button. Is it set to 100%?
