Dear Mary, Thank you for the advise. The version is 2003 that came installed
on the computer. I do not know how to update the printer driver yet, but when I go to work and figure it out, I will let you know if this fixed the problem. Thanks again. I tried downloading the printer drivers and the same thing happened.
