Default sections, headers, footers, landscape to portrait

I have created a report in portrait orientation with a header, footer and
title page.

I want to input a form as the last page. The form is landscape in
orientation.

How can I input this form so that the it will override the header and footer
because the form goes into those margins and have it print in landscape.

I haven't figured out how using Section will accomplish this task. Section
is not turning off the header and footer.

Thanks
Mitchell

You need to unlink the headers and footers. See
