Have you tried the support at labelflash?

i have vista premium 32 bit os.i download labelflash software. it said ,
It is possible to use with the following OS. Windows Vista™ / Windows® XP SP2 / Windows® 2000 SP4(*1) *1 You'll need to copy the file gdiplus.dll l into your bin-director.
