Default print label from contact

In outlook 2000, from task menu "action', we can "send a letter" from a
contact record. In outlook 2007, this function is missing. Is there anyway
we can create letter or envelope/label from a single contact record?

Use Word's Insert Address feature.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Gordon asked:

All of these functions persist in Word 2007. The Envelope and Label Wizard
can be invoked from the Mailing Tab. The Address Book (AKA Insert Address)
can be added to the QAT. I'm not running Word 2007 right now so I can't give
you the precise steps, but I'm sure you'll find it if you look.
