Motorola Phone Tools software appears to be BVRP - does that help?

thank, this is much better, but still imports the tel number as "primary",
which neither outlook 2007 nor my new phone, Orange SPV E650 can recognise.
Any
furher thoughts?

Heil! (That's my fuher thought.)

Did you ask the vendor from whom you bought the phone? Outlook has nothing
to do with synching. It's the sync software that handles the translation
from Outlook's database to the phone.

LOL
At present all I can think to do is go through every outlook contact, dble
click on the business card, dble click on the "primary" number, copy and
paste onto the correct field in the contact details. five or six hours should
do it . . . . . .
