sorting by last name in address book dialogs
I currently have Outlook set up to go to "My Contacts" first, and then to our
GAL. In the Contacts module, everything displays in the proper sort order. When I compose a new e-mail, and click on the "To:" button, when it goes to the address book based on the contacts in "My Contacts", it only sorts them first name/last name. It seems that my machine is not the only one with this issue. |

Click ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change existing directories or address booksNext. Select Outlok Address Book. Click Change. Set the sort order there. Stop and restart Outlook. -- Brian Tillman |

Sorry, It is Outlook 2003 Professional Edition. Already tried the fix you
suggested, it didn't work. "Brian Tillman" wrote: jtpiper wrote: I currently have Outlook set up to go to "My Contacts" first, and then to our GAL.
