Default Ambiguous name detected - entire database will not open

I recently attempted to add a command button to my
switchboard and then deleted it because it didn't seem to
work, but now I am getting the following error.

'The expression On Open you entered at the even property
setting produced the following errors: Ambiguous name
detected:Return_Click'

The database will not open at all. Does anyone have an
idea on how I can open the database? Or can I open it in
Visual Basic and change it from there? Any help is
appreciated.

That worked, thank you so much. I thought I was going to
have to use VB to go in the back way, but that was nice
and simple. Thanks again!
