Sorting Contacts by Company?
When you select the "Address Card " view in Outlook 2003, you get a "First Letter of Last Name" Bar on the right so you can go right to the "M"s for example. Is there any way to do get the same Letter selector in the "By Company" view - so that you hit "M" and go right to your Microsoft contacts, for example.
I may have been out sick this day in Outlook class. Thanks |

No, the Contacts Index is only available in a Card view. You could set up a
Card view of your contacts and filter out all the non-business addresses, which would give you a sort of a "By Company" view but would allow you to use the Index function. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** In , rybotmcg wrote: When you select the "Address Card " view in Outlook 2003, you get a "First Letter of Last Name" Bar on the right so you can go right to the "M"s for example.
