switchboard question
Add a group heading for Year to your report. You can add controls or not.
Set the new page property to start each year on a new page. Any other method requires a code loop to run the report once for each year of data. PS - "Year" is a poor choice for a column name since it is the name of a function and will cause confusion in certain cases. Access won't know whether you are referring to your "Year" field or the Year() function and you may get unexpected results. "Jimmy Ferguson" wrote in message ...
