Default switchboard question

If you have a field labeled "year", in your table, can you set it up so that
you can run the same report for all years, but only choosing one year at a
time?
thx

Default switchboard question

Add a group heading for Year to your report. You can add controls or not.
Set the new page property to start each year on a new page. Any other
method requires a code loop to run the report once for each year of data.

PS - "Year" is a poor choice for a column name since it is the name of a
function and will cause confusion in certain cases. Access won't know
whether you are referring to your "Year" field or the Year() function and
you may get unexpected results.
