How do you print an excel worksheet without the alphabet on top and the
numbers on the left hand side

Page Setup - Sheet, uncheck the option to print "Row and Column headings"

Go to File Page Setup Tab Sheet and uncheck "Row and Column Headings"

Access 2007-Click the View tab, uncheck Headings in the Show/Hide group.

Either in Excel 2003 or 2007, just use ctlr + P (print sheet)
- go to print "preview"
- go to page set up
- uncheck the "rows and headings"
