Default Combo Box Wizard loaded?

I am using Access 97 and am trying to populate form fields based on a combo
box selection, as is outlined in the Microsoft Library under the Ten Tips for
Microsoft Access Developers. The instructions include making selections in a
Combo Box Wizard. I have not been able to find how I would open this Combo
Box Wizard. Could you please give me directions on how to access this
wizard?
Is it possible that it was not loaded onto my computer when Access was
loaded onto my computer? If it was not, is it possible to add it in from the
Microsoft web site?
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

With your form in design view, make sure the toolbox is visible. In the
upper left-hand corner is a button with a wand on it, which enables wizards.
Make sure it is on.
Then click the toolbox button for a combobox, and with your cursor draw
a control on the screen.
This should activate the combobox wizard.
