How do I set an alarm every 30 minutes in Outlook?
For health reasons I should get up and stretch every 30 minutes. It would be
good to have an alarm system so I don't forget. I could make an appointment for each half-hour and then make them all recurring daily, but that would fill the entire calendar with non-productive items. Is there another way to do this, or does anyone know of a small program or macro that can accomplish this? |

You could set up recurring tasks that will prompt you every 30 minutes and
yet wouldn't show up on your Outlook calendar as a meeting. You set up a task just like a meeting. "Erich Weingartner" wrote: For health reasons I should get up and stretch every 30 minutes.
