Default Meeting scheduing form

Hi there,

May this feature is already present but I could not locate it easily and
hence I thought that it may not be available in Outlook 2007.

Now a days, I always schedule meetings with people spread across locations
and hence "Location" of the meeting doesn;t make any sense for such a
scenario.
I should be able to add conf-bridge number, alternate dialing number,
conference code in the subject line itself. In addition, I should be able to
store various combos so that I can access those quickly.

I hope that I will be able to see this feature soon.

Thanks and regards,

Ajay Bhagwat
