Default Automatically deleting the deleted items

When I created a calendar resource, then log in as the resource to configure
a rule to auto resond that this email address is unmonitored and then to
delete the message permanently I receive an error that you cant combine
client and server rules together. No one ever logs in as the resources to
empty the deleted items folder. Is there a way to force the items to be
deleted from the deleted items folder withoutloggin on as the resource?
