Changing the print order in publisher 2000
Hello there!
I need some help please! I am new to using microsoft publisher and am trying to create a newsletter. The problem is that I want to be able to change the order of print, like you can in word so I could print lets say: page 1, page 4, page 3, page 2 rather than page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4 The main reason for this is although each page is on an A4 sheet, i want to print them on an A3 sheet, and then fold that sheet in half Any ideas? |

Not sure, but think you may have hit one of the problems
with Publisher - I've yet to find any way myself of changing printing output. If you wanted to do an A4 folded booklet, it doesn't always work to plan either, as printer settings may override the program, or the program prints more pages than necessary ALL single sided I might add. Hopefully some of the MS bods might help you more. Romayne |

Victor, The only way you can do this is by setting up your publication in a booklet
format. I gave you the right instructions in another posting... Create a folded booklet or newsletter http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...145841033.aspx Troubleshoot printing a two-page layout or booklet http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...239781033.aspx -- Mary Sauer MS MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com wrote in message ... Thanks for replying.
This problem has been making me bounce of walls at the moment, but hopefully someone out there has a solution. Glad to know Im not the only one with a printing problem though. But I wonder if Publisher 2002 (if it exists) has this issue sorted? |

And in my experience Pub back to whatever version was around in 1995 has
been handeling and printing booklets without any trouble. As long as you obey the rules. Setup your printer and always use multiples of 4 pages and it is easy even to print one side first then print the other side if your printer does not do duplex. -- John G Wot's Your Real Problem?
