how do i manage the memory that gets taken up when i am looking at my e mail
like yahoo or live.com is there some way to stop them from comming in? |

You're asking in the wrong place (this group is for questions about the database software Microsoft Access, not about yahoo or live), and you seem to be working from some flawed premises. No "memory" is being taken up that your computer can't manage perfectly well by itself; and just looking at email on live.com or yahoo won't even store the email on your disk, unless you choose to do so.
