office desktop docking bar
Prior to my computer crash/recovery, I had a MS Office application docking
bar on my desktop where I could drag and drop shortcuts to a variety of applications thereby reducing the clutter on my desktop while giving me easy access to those apps I used most frequently. I would like to recover that if possible |

Are you using WindowsXP? If so then you need to get your
QuickLaunch icons on your taskbar. To do this you need to right-Click on your taskbar and then select Properties. Now you will get a window opening with Taskbar as your chosen tab. On that window you will see 5 check boxes of which one is called "Show Quick Launch". Check this and click OK and you will get the M$ icons but now you can drag & Drop new ones on this. hth Stevo1604 wrote: Prior to my computer crash/recovery, I had a MS Office application docking bar on my desktop where I could drag and drop shortcuts to a variety of applications thereby reducing the clutter on my desktop while giving me easy access to those apps I used most frequently. if you r-click on the Taskbar you will see "Toolbars", you may select
