Default Prevent Word documents from opening in browser

Hi

I know how to change the settings in Windows XP so that when downloading Word documents they do not open in the browser window. However, I am now using Vista and cannot find where to change this setting.

I am sure that I did find where to do this in Vista as downloaded documents always open in Word on my home computer, but I am creating a helpsheet for students who may have this problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Shirl
