Default ACCESS TO CONTACTS

I've been asked by my supervisor to create a "common .pst" file so that
everyone can access our contacts. I don't know if this is do-able, but this
is the problem we need solved:
Each day we have new clients & we individually add them to our own personal
contact list, but in order to share them with the company we have to send out
emails with the v-cards attached. This can be a MAJOR pain, especially when
somebody sends out 30 v-cards at once. Is there a "server" (aka pst file,
maybe?) that we can all access at once to see contacts as they are added??
I NEED HELP WITH THIS ASAP. PLEASE REPLY.

Default ACCESS TO CONTACTS

As an early design phase conceptual construction cost estimator who's lived
through two and half years of double-digit escalation, I've seen my share of
architects in agony, and it's not pretty.

Have your system administrator create a folder in the Public Folders folder
that holds data of the Contacts type. You can navigate to Public Folders
through the Folder List bar in the navigation pane. Then you can drag and
drop Contacts from your personal Contacts folder to the public one. If you
drag the Shared Contacts to your Public Folders/Favorites folder, it will be
listed at the top of the navigation pane. In our office, by default we use
the shared list when adding any new contact, and use standardized Categories
to help organize them and simplify searches. If we want to personalize a
contact further, we drag the public record to our personal Contacts folder to
add a wife's name, birthday, etc.

Hope that helps.
