Default Access to address book/contacts warning

Each time I try and send an email I get a dialouge box that states

"A program is trying to access your Address Book
A program is trying to access your Address Book or contacts. Viruses can
spread by sending copies of e-mail messages to people listed in your Address
Book. You must allow or deny access to your Address Book before this program
can continue."

I deny and send the message.

Any idea what program this might be? How can I find and delete it?

Thanks,
Aggrevated

(I have Outlook 2002 and also use Norton anti-virus)

Did you recently install Office XP SP3? Then see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems
