Default Line colour and tint

Hi,

I'm creating a company brochure using Publisher 2003 and I've encountered a
slight problem regarding line colour and tint. What I would like to do is
change the tint of a line colour. I know how to do this for a background but
it seems I cannot do this for line colours. Basically I would like to change
this colour: RGB 0,0,102 and change the tint to 70%.

I'm trying to limit the colours to two and change the tint to give the
appearance of different colours. Saves money on the printing :-). I would
really appreciate some help.

Thanx.

Select your line, line color, more colors, input 0, 0, 102, okay out, select your
line again, color, patterned lines, tint tab.
There is the transparency option as well.

Thank you. I don't know why I didn't see that in the first place.
