Filter in Rows not columns
I would like to be able to apply a filter (an autofilter) down a column, so
that I can filter certain columns. Rather than use the convenstional method of the filters across the columns. I realise that I could transpose the table data first and then apply to conventional filters, but I wish to keep the data orientated as it is. -- Russell |

Going by your subject line, guess you're asking:
.. Is there anyway to filter horizontally in Excel, rather than vertically? If so, you could try Andrew Engwirda's page at: http://blog.livedoor.jp/andrewe/archives/50283818.html There's a d/l link for a sample file on the page (Horizontal Filter) -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 Downloads:25,000 Files:300 Subscribers:70 xdemechanik --- "Russell" wrote: I would like to be able to apply a filter (an autofilter) down a column, so that I can filter certain columns.
