I'll take a shot at clarifying the response you already received.

1. A "worksheet" is a construct in the world of spreadsheets. Access is a
relational database, and you posted in a 'group devoted to table and
database design. Are you in the place you intended to be? You didn't
provide much information...
2. If you are looking for a specific instance/template, you can try going
to www.Google.com to search. Someone may have already approached what you
are trying to do...
